What is the Boba Bear Immersive Experience?

The Boba Bear Immersive Experience is a multi-sensory pop-up concept where drinks, design, and licensed IP come to life. Each experience transforms the space into a themed environment inspired by anime, games, and cultural collaborations.

Where are your immersive experiences located?

Our experiences rotate throughout the Los Angeles region. Locations and dates are announced in advance via our website and social channels.

Are your collaborations officially licensed?

Yes. All character collaborations and IP integrations are officially licensed.

Do I need a ticket to attend?

Walk-ins are welcomed but booking reservations prior to your visit is encouraged. Purchase of tickets are not necessary for children under the age of 3.

Can I purchase exclusive merch at the immersive experience?

Yes. Many locations carry exclusive, limited-edition items that may not be available online.

Is the experience open to all ages?

Yes, all of our experiences are open to all ages. However, our signature Boba Bear menu offers a selection of alcoholic beverages which will require a valid driver's license. You must be 21+ to order any beverages containing alcoholic contents.

May we arrive in cosplay?

Yes! We absolutely encourage you to do so. Feel free to share with us on Instagram or TikTok!

will there be parking?

On-site valet is available for an additional fee and is separate from your OpenTable booking. Street parking is limited. Please allow extra time when planning your visit.

What if I arrive late to my reservation time?

No problem — we’ll hold your table for 15 minutes to allow for arrival flexibility.

How do I modify my reservation?

All inquiries regarding your reservation must be directed through the OpenTable App or direct messaging us on Instagram.

Shipping & Delivery

Do you ship internationally?

At this time, we do not offer international shipping. We currently only ship domestically in the United States.

How long does shipping take?

Orders are typically processed within 3–7 business days. During high-demand drops, processing times may be extended.

Do you accept returns & exchanges?

All sales are final unless the item arrives damaged or defective. If there is an issue with your order, please contact us within 7 days of delivery.
